We weren't quite that thorough in our celebrating but the girls did have great costumes. L was a ladybug in a costume that her sister wore for Purim two years ago, and E was, per her request, a purple flower. Some of you might have seen me tweeting about the difficulty in finding an affordable purple flower costume and I was afraid I was going to have to resort to felt squares and a glue gun, but in the end I found an iris costume that was truly fantastic. We got the girls dressed and when E saw herself in the hallway mirror in all her purple flower splendiferousness, she ran to her reflection and kissed herself. Of course, Sister Ladybug joined her.
