Spontaneous affection is an infrequently-bestowed gift when E is the donor. She's usually too busy ricocheting to stop for hugs or kisses. But I snagged her for a second, squeezed her, and said, I LOVE YOU, E! She ran a loop around the first floor and leapt into my arms. Then I became the lucky recipient of a big self-motivated kiss. And to prove it there's a fresh black bean lipsmack on my white tank top.
